Change in particulars of non-executive director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its Deputy Chairman, John Manser, has stepped down from the board of Shaftesbury plc, with effect from 8 February 2013. 

Shaftesbury plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
