In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive director, Mr Cyril Ramaphosa, has joined the board of Lonmin Plc with effect from 13 July 2010.

Lonmin Plc is listed on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.
