Under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, PIC reported in May 2007 that its
shareholding (as at 20 March 2007) was 5.47%.

PIC's shareholding fell below 5% from 4 June 2007.  SABMiller did not receive
notification under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules at this time.

PIC's shareholding fell below 4% between October and November 2007.  SABMiller
did not receive notification under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules at this
time.

Between November 2007 to 25 April 2008, PIC's shareholding has decreased from
