The following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
('PDMRs') notified the Company on 29 May 2008 that they had been conditionally
awarded, on 16 May 2008, by the Trustee of the Company's Employees' Benefit
Trust, nil cost
conditional awards under the Company's Performance Share Award Schemes in
respect of the numbers of US$0.10 ordinary shares in the Company as set out
below. The release of shares is subject to satisfaction of the performance
condition.
