Change in particulars of director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that its non-executive director, Dr Dambisa Moyo, has joined the board of Barrick Gold Corporation, effective 27 April 2011.

Barrick Gold Corporation is listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange in Canada and the New York Stock Exchange in the United States.
