Change in particulars of director

In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces that following the completion of the transfer of SABMiller's Russian and Ukrainian beer businesses in the context of the Strategic Alliance between SABMiller plc and Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayii A.Ş. ("Anadolu Efes"), Graham Mackay, Chief Executive of SABMiller plc, joined the board of Anadolu Efes with effect from 6 March 2012.

Anadolu Efes is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
